Points.com is an online company that connects members to multiple airline rewards, frequent shopper rewards and loyalty redemption programs. Their solution allows members to accurately manage their individual account balances and exchange loyalty points between them. The Points.com program is linked to an extensive array of airlines and retailers and is available to North American consumers.
Following the successful development and launch of the consumer portal, Points.com saw an opportunity to sell large blocks of generic airline rewards to businesses to reward their customers. To build this new, unique airline reward currency product, Points.com chose the Intelliware team.
Intelliware worked closely with Points.com to create a development roadmap and build a market ready product. In 12 weeks, the team successfully delivered a robust enterprise Airline Incentive Rewards (AIR) module to allow businesses to buy Points.com points and their customers to redeem them.
