Desktop business applications
Intelliware has developed many different types of desktop applications using a variety of different technologies. In situations where there has been a need for a standalone application with intermittent or poor network connectivity, we have built a number of traditional "fat client" applications. In cases where lightweight desktop clients have been required, we've built them using lightweight browser-based technologies. Intelliware has a great deal of experience in "right-sizing" your desktop applications.
- QLM Costing
Intelliware built a sophisticated desktop costing/quotation tool for QStrat that is now sold as part of their QLM Suite offering. It runs on the users' desktop, and performs complex costing analyses on manufactured parts.
- Claims Desktop
An intuitive web front-end system that replaced a cumbersome green screen application is used by Adjudicators to more efficiently and accurately assess and process P&C insurance claims. This application is a CIPA Silver Award Winner.
