About you and your role at Intelliware: ​
What I love about consulting is that no two days are the same. It’s a fast-paced role, and I’m constantly challenged to step outside of my comfort zone. I worked in the banking industry for 13 years, 6 of which were in a client-facing capacity solving business and technology problems for large organizations. My career as a consultant has allowed me to travel throughout Canada and the US, helping organizations better understand the challenges they face, and position themselves to take advantage of market opportunities.

As a consultant, I develop deep relationships with clients, to understand their unique needs and translate those needs into solutions that allow them to take the next step toward achieving their corporate vision. Every opportunity has a different set of challenges, and while I’m required to wear many hats, the most important skill set of consulting is the ability to have a high degree of emotional intelligence and empathize with the client. Our clients’ challenges become our challenges as we work together towards a common goal.

Throughout my career I have built and have been a part of numerous teams, having had the pleasure of interacting with many different personalities and diverse skill sets.
