
Greg Betty
President & CEO
As the Intelliware founder, Greg Betty has led the company to growth and profitability for over 20 years. An outspoken advocate of Agile development and an accomplished business speaker, Greg has shaped Intelliware’s technical strategy, development methodology, and overall business approach. Greg earned his MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, where he received the Schulich Award for entrepreneurship.

Bruno Schmidt
Senior Vice President, Technology
Bruno contributes to all things Intelliware, including the architecture, development, and delivery of a wide range of products and applications across diverse industries. Bruno guides our technology choices and adoption of object-oriented development languages and open source products. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Kettering University in Flint, Michigan, where he graduated cum laude.

Greg McKenzie
Senior Vice President, Operations
Greg is responsible for the operations of Intelliware. He joined Intelliware in 1999 following a number of senior management positions in operations, sales, marketing, logistics and procurement with Source Medical Corporation, MDS Inc., Air Liquide Canada Ltd., BOC Gases and Union Gas Limited. Greg has an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario, and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Andrew Pitt
Senior Vice President, Delivery
Andrew is a seasoned technology executive with expertise in IT strategy, Agile methodology, and building business applications that resolve complexity. For over 20 years, Andrew has been a trusted advisor to many top-tier clients on a wide range of technology projects. He obtained a degree in Engineering from Queen’s University and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Stephanie Clarkson
Director, People Team
Stephanie has contributed to growing a sustainable company culture at Intelliware. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph, a diploma in Human Resources from the University of Guelph, and a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. She has been with Intelliware since 2008 and actively promotes and supports our values across day-to-day work, project delivery, and the Intelliware community.

Keith Shiner
Vice President, Financial Services
Keith has over 20 years of experience defining, developing, integrating, and supporting software development solutions. Much of Keith’s time at Intelliware has focused on the financial services sector, where he has helped Intelliware deliver an impressive portfolio of work. Keith is a Professional Engineer and studied electrical engineering at Queen’s University.
